Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS)
Athos1 provides a full range of A&AS in support of the mission. These services include three A&AS categories;

Project Management Office (PMO) Support
The PMO establishes best practices, key metrics, documentation, and necessary training for the project managers. Athos1 lays the foundation on which our clients can build a proactive approach to project management. Our project managers are able to work consistently and confidently to create processes and standards, adapt to change, identify issues or gaps, use research and data for informed decisions, share resources, and coach or train project managers.
Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) Services
Athos1 follows the Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) framework to enhance Information Technology (IT) governance through rigorous application of sound investment and project management principles and industry best practices. Our IV&V approach is a rigorous independent process that evaluates the correctness and quality of the project’s business product to ensure that it is being developed in accordance with customer requirements and is well-engineered.
Health Information Technology (HIT) Services
HIT involves the processing, storage, and exchange of health information in an electronic environment.
